Public Courses
Sign with Baby Tucson's public classes are held at NW Hospital and University Medical Center. Bring the kids to a comfortable environment and meet new parents with the same interest of wanting to learn a new communication mode.
Communication is a great way to build a bond between a caregiver and their child. Eye contact, auditory connection, and touch are ways we as caregivers communicate with our children. Yet, how can our children communicate with us? When young, they communicate with babbles and crying; we learn their different mannerisms. Children at a young age do have the capability to communicate in a true language; American Sign Language. With knowledge of this visual language, our children can correspond their needs and wants with more communication and less frustration.
Please contact Libby Quinn, founder and instructor of Sign with Baby Tucson, for more information or to sign up for a class. Check calendar for class listings. Class dates and times are subject to change on occasion.
